Job summary

WAWA Insurance Agency in Walnut, CA seeks a Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve clients as a trusted advisor, bridging clients with peace of mind. You will manage day-to-day accounts, quote new business, service renewals, endorsements, and billing questions.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance agency experience preferred.
• Hands-on Personal Lines experience, including homeowners and personal auto.
• Experience with BOP, general liability, commercial property, workers' comp and/or commercial auto is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday–Friday at Walnut, CA office.
• Mandarin-speaking strongly preferred due to client base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Personal Lines clients and manage ongoing insurance needs.
• Quote and bind new Personal Lines business, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, rental property and related coverages.
• Handle Personal Lines renewals, remarketing, endorsements, billing questions, underwriting requests, cancellations and servicing.
• Assist with quoting and servicing Commercial Lines accounts (BOP, GL, commercial property, WC, commercial auto).
• Review policies and communicate recommendations clearly to clients.
• Work with carrier underwriters and service departments to resolve account issues.
• Proactively follow up on items and manage requests to completion.
• Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency management and carrier systems.
