The Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC MN) is seeking a Food Hall Attendant for Plaza del Sol in Saint Paul, MN. You will greet guests, assist vendors, and help maintain a welcoming, clean space that reflects LEDC MN’s values of community, culture, and inclusive service.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will support daily operations and vendor coordination, helping the food hall run smoothly with a frontline, guest-facing presence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests as they enter the food hall, providing directions and vendor information.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist vendors with restocking condiment stations and shared amenities.
• Support setup and breakdown of the food hall for daily operations and events.
• Operate the food hall’s POS or ticketing systems as needed.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor requests to the Food Hall Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with signage, wayfinding, and promotional materials.
• Support event logistics, including guest check-in and seating.
• Foster a friendly, inclusive environment reflecting Plaza del Sol’s community focus.
