Adelante Healthcare in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care. You will provide preventive services, diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions, educate patients, and coordinate referrals within a community-focused model.

Nurse Practitioners bring an accredited NP degree, AZ licensure, DEA, CPR/AED, and a commitment to serving underserved populations; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active AZ NP license and RN or PA license.
• Current DEA certification.
• CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Commitment to community health and underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including preventive care and health promotion.
• Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Patient education and community-focused care.
• Coordinate referrals as needed.
