Job summary

Adelante Healthcare in Maricopa County, AZ seeks an Adult Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PA/AGNP) to deliver high-quality primary care with autonomy within a collaborative team.

You’ll diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care and patient education, and participate in community-focused programs. Eligible candidates hold an accredited NP program, AZ NP/RN licenses, DEA, CPR/AED, and a commitment to underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Arizona NP and RN licenses required.
• Current DEA certification.
• CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Commitment to community health and underserved populations.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including preventive care and health promotion.
• Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including:
