The Brattleboro Food Co-op is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our Food Services team in Brattleboro, Vermont. You will manage client relationships, coordinate events, and support sales growth while ensuring clear communication from inquiry to event completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for catering and event inquiries.
• Meet with clients to review menus, pricing, dietary needs, and event details.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, invoices, and documentation.
• Schedule events and maintain an accurate event calendar.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure clear client communication.
• Maintain client calendars and drive contract renewals.
