River Valley Co-op in Easthampton, MA seeks a part-time Customer Service Team Member to welcome shoppers, process orders, and support daily store operations. You will assist with in-store and online purchases, maintain product knowledge, and ensure accurate handling of tenders and discounts.

The role requires open availability, including evenings and weekends, and reports to the Customer Service Assistant Manager. Our cooperative values guide a friendly, efficient, and inclusive team.
