Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–6+ years in universal/personal banker or similar retail banking role.
• Preferred background in financial sales and referrals.
• Solid knowledge of retail banking products and consumer lending.
• Proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong math, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full-service banking experience with a focus on relationship-building and personalized service.
• Plan and host community events to strengthen local relationships.
• Open new accounts and support lending needs.
• Address client concerns or connect with internal partners for solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with relevant bank products and services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Process cash transactions, open/maintain accounts, and help with loans as needed.
• Support daily branch operations and general customer service duties.
