Job summary

INB, a locally owned community bank, seeks a Branch Manager for the South Street branch in Springfield, IL. This role leads client relationships, supports local businesses, and directs a dedicated team to deliver personalized banking solutions.

You will be the trusted advisor, ensuring customers receive services that help them reach their goals while fostering an environment for employee growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, sales leadership, or financial center management (5+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and coaching skills - you enjoy helping people grow.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (SAFE Act).

Responsibilities

• Lead in the Community: Be the face of INB in your area, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and community members.
