Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payments, billing, or cashiering roles.
• Must pass background check and RAP Back program requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments and record billing transactions accurately.
• Process online and electronic remittance payments and reconcile entries.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly billing reports.
• Serve as a cashier and handle deposits and receipts.
• Perform data entry and basic word processing tasks.
• Provide customer service in person and by phone.
• Assist with refunds and adjustments as needed.
• Back up receptionist duties when required.
