Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a part-time Retail & Community Engagement Manager who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community involvement. You will work within a dynamic team offering a menu of scratch-baked breads, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest ingredients.

A successful candidate will lead community engagement initiatives, manage merchandising and basket making, and collaborate with local partners and store leadership to ensure exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service/retail experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule; shifts vary by week and season.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Availability Mon-Fri during peak lunch traffic hours; Saturdays as needed.
• Merchandising, basket making, stocking shelves, shopping assistance, inventory and front-of-house support; attend weekly management meetings.
• Engage local schools for Knead Dough Fundraiser events and partner with Home Office for brand-wide events and community partnerships.
