Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team and serve high-quality food with a focus on guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee operations, train staff, manage schedules, and protect brand standards in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fast-paced, fast/casual restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Demonstrated resilience under pressure while maintaining service standards.
• Strong listening and collaboration with partners, vendors, and customers.

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy items as part of shift requirements.
