The City of St. Peters, MO is seeking energetic Fitness Instructors to lead private, semi-private, and group fitness programs at the Rec-Plex, helping participants achieve their fitness goals in a safe, motivating environment.

Instructors will guide diverse classes, respond to member needs, and contribute to program development. Applicants must be 18+, possess a High School diploma or GED, and hold First Aid/CPR certifications; cycling experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School graduate or GED certificate.
• Experience with teaching a cycling class (desired qualification).
• First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (desired qualification).

Aufgaben

• Instruct and monitor a variety of fitness programs and monitor the activities of an assigned area.
• Assist in developing new fitness programs and/or procedures to ensure efficient implementation of Rec-Plex activities.
• Communicate effectively to answer questions and concerns.
• Assist staff with handling difficult situations and makes judgments on how to direct concerns to ensure optimal outcome.
• Perform general janitorial duties as needed and maintain equipment, facility and environment in a safe and sanitary condition.
