City of St. Peters’ Rec-Plex is seeking dedicated Fitness Instructors to lead private, semi-private, and group programs and guide participants toward their fitness goals. You will create engaging sessions, ensure safety, and respond to customer needs in a positive, motivating environment.

This role requires 18+, a High School diploma or GED, and certification in First Aid/ CPR; cycling instruction experience is a plus. Rolling applications; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience teaching cycling classes is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Instruct and oversee private, semi-private, and group fitness programs.
• Respond to customer needs and maintain a safe, motivating environment.
• Assist in developing new fitness programs and procedures for Rec-Plex activities.
• Communicate effectively to answer questions and concerns.
• Support staff and maintain equipment and facilities in a safe condition.
