Job summary

Fidelity Bank & Trust in East Dubuque, IL seeks an Agricultural & Commercial Lender to serve Keokuk County and surrounding markets, building relationships with farmers, business owners, and families.

You will analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to structure sound lending solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to provide responsive service and local decision-making that supports community growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Agricultural and/or commercial lending experience.
• Consumer lending experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in credit analysis, cash flow analysis, and loan structuring.
• Ability to build relationships with farmers, business owners, and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of agricultural, commercial, and consumer lending relationships.
• Partner with local farmers, business owners, and individuals to understand their financial needs and long-term goals.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and active community involvement.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and credit history to structure sound lending solutions.
• Assist customers with consumer lending needs, including vehicle loans, personal loans, home equity financing, and other lending products.
• Monitor and maintain existing loan relationships while ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and responsive lending decisions.
• Connect customers with additional banking solutions including deposit accounts, treasury management services, and digital banking tools.
• Stay informed on agricultural trends, local business conditions, and economic factors impacting the communities we serve.
