Qualificações

• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.
• Criminal history check completed and cleared.
• Pass a state TB test.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and arrange transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, attend and implement school recruitment events and activities.
• Manage enrollment system and guide families through enrollment.
• Help meet targeted enrollment capacity for the upcoming year.
• Plan student and family retention activities and events.
• Research programs supporting students’ social-emotional well-being.
• Operate the Parent Resource Center and build partnerships for family support.
• Coordinate volunteer programs with parents/guardians.
• Participate in home visits to support student success and safety.
• Prepare documents and reports for parents and staff.
• Refer families to external agencies with the social worker and counselor.
• Update parent communications and the website weekly.
• Collaborate with the counselor/social worker on RTI supports.
• Attend RTI meetings and problem-solving sessions.
• Serve as liaison to remove barriers to student success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by building leadership.
