Job summary

The Sanneh Foundation is seeking a Facilities Operator to maintain the Conway Community Center, Seton offices, and surrounding grounds. This full-time role reports to the Facilities Manager and collaborates with Administrative and Conway Programming teams to ensure the highest levels of quality, efficiency and productivity in daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience with diverse populations, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facility Support, Maintenance, and Program Support ~ 80%.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of Conway Park Community Center and grounds.
• Execute and maintain daily facility cleaning log.
• Perform safety and security checks daily.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are properly stored.
• Perform general maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Follow opening/closing procedures as scheduled.
• Set up facilities for events and programs.
• Other Duties as Assigned ~ 10%.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Sanneh Athletics Dome and Seton Offices.
• Maintain grounds of other Sanneh properties.
