CCMC, a community management company, is seeking a dependable janitor to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of our gated, age-qualified community in Arizona. You will perform routine cleaning of facilities, pick up litter, and support daily operations to enhance resident experience.

Flexible scheduling, after-hours work, and weekend shifts may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards, with pre-employment screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Picking up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots
• Routine cleaning duties of all community facilities
• Keeping bathrooms clean and well-stocked
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows
• Facilitating a wide array of janitorial duties as directed
