Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated janitor to keep workplaces clean, organized, and disinfected. Responsibilities include cleaning interiors, vacuuming and mopping floors, disinfecting desks and fixtures, washing windows, emptying trash, and maintaining cleaning supplies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety rules. The position aligns with a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, in Peoria, AZ.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality at work on a consistent basis.
• Reliability in following instructions and meeting commitments.
• Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment properly.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones; maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling; maintain cleaning inventory.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain a cleaning chart.
