Westminster is seeking a Resident Engagement Manager for its luxury Journal development in Jersey City. This role focuses on creating a welcoming living environment, planning events, and overseeing concierge services to ensure residents feel valued and heard.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in customer service or property management, leadership in guest services, and a passion for building community through thoughtful programming and personalized engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred plus 5+ years in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
• Experience leading concierge or guest service teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Ability to build relationships and create memorable resident experiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with property management or CRM software is a plus.
• Creative, proactive approach to enhancing resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community for residents and guests, welcoming inquiries and creating a warm atmosphere.
• Plan, organize, and host engaging resident events and collaborate with local vendors.
• Coordinate services between residents and the property management team, handling requests and concerns.
• Lead and mentor the concierge team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create event calendars, announcements, and newsletters to boost community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and event participation in PM software.
• Ensure common areas are well-maintained and reflect high standards.
