Apartment Life seeks a part-time Events and Ministry Coordinator (Coordinator of Resident Services) to execute its service plan for a senior adults community in Old Hickory, Tennessee. You will create a monthly schedule of events and programming for adults and families, including resident events, workshops, and resource activities.

You will update monthly resident resources, meet with residents in need, partner with local businesses, and coordinate with onsite staff and the supervisor.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide after-hours or weekend activities as needed.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute 2–3 resident events each month to promote social engagement, wellness, health, enrichment, and stability.
• Prepare a monthly schedule of events and programming.
• Update a monthly list of helpful resources for residents (rent assistance, food assistance, etc.).
• Meet with residents who have specific needs and connect them with local resources.
• Partner with community businesses to provide holistic activities.
• Communicate with onsite staff and the Apartment Life supervisor.
• Report activities and impact each month.
