Apartment Life in Phoenix is seeking a mission-minded Events and Ministry Coordinator to plan and host monthly resident events, build connections among residents and staff, and help communities experience God's unconditional love.

This part-time role requires 16 hours per month, flexible daytime, evenings and weekends, travel to the community, and a $20 per hour compensation. Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and possess reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic English fluency for creating marketing materials and reports.
• Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Available to fulfill weekly responsibilities, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Willing to commit to the minimum required service term.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host one resident event per month to build connections and strengthen community.
• Show genuine care for residents and property staff.
• Encourage residents to share positive experiences online.
• Create event calendars, flyers, and social media content.
• Manage event budgets and prepare monthly reports.
• Meet with property staff and the program director for planning, training, and development.
• Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners.
• Welcome new residents and connect with residents nearing the end of their leases.
