Job summary

You will assist with Go Red for Women, Heart Ball, and Heart Walk logistics, manage volunteer databases, design materials, and support external communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in written communications skills.
• Ability to interact professionally in a corporate, non-profit environment and guide communications and projects from inception through completion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Event Logistics – Support Tampa Bay’s Signature events: Go Red for Women, Heart Ball, and Heart Walk.
• Assist with silent auction preparation, including managing donation forms, taking item photos, and writing item descriptions.
• Assist with day/night of event operations, including set up, breakdown, and sales and payments.
• Participate in weekly logistics meetings to provide updates on assigned projects or tasks.
• Opportunity to learn and be involved in event timeline tracking and vendor selection and contracting process.
