Job summary

The Denver Museum of Nature & Science seeks a Supervisor of Community Evaluation to lead a team of part-time Research Assistants, handle scheduling and logistics, and drive benchmarking evaluation studies. You will revise studies, prepare materials, and communicate with key stakeholders throughout evaluation processes.

Ideal candidate will translate findings into actionable insights, collaborate across teams, and maintain strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of quantitative and qualitative social science research and/or evaluation.
• 2 years of supervising staff.
• Occasional travel in and out of state.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and coordinate Research Assistants; provide direction and liaison between RAs and the research team.
• Support evaluation projects by implementing baseline studies and establishing timelines.
• Handle administrative needs: scheduling team meetings/events, maintaining evaluation materials, and arranging translation services.
• Ensure RAs are trained and knowledgeable about project content for proper data collection and coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and represent the Museum at events and in the community.
