Job summary

The City of Auburn is seeking a collaborative and strategic Equity, Engagement, & Outreach Analyst for the Office of Equity, Engagement, & Outreach. This role works across departments to build relationships, lead projects, and help improve how the City engages and serves its community.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, project management, and facilitation skills, with experience engaging diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support community engagement and outreach efforts, including building relationships with community members and partners.
• Manage Equity, Engagement, & Outreach projects and programs from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Partner with City departments to provide equity, engagement, accessibility, and inclusion support and guidance.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, workshops, and community conversations.
• Gather and analyze data and community feedback to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop practical tools, resources, communications, and strategies that help strengthen Equity, Engagement, & Outreach work across the City.
