Job summary

Integrated Community Equipment Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Driver/Fitter) to deliver, install and collect equipment at client homes across the region. The role involves decontamination, basic assembly and demonstrating equipment to users, with emphasis on safety and customer care.

Permanent post at 36 hours per week. Visa eligibility should be checked on government pages prior to applying.

Qualifications

• Basic DIY/equipment assembly skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to lift and move equipment.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Safe driving of a commercial vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install and collect community equipment to clients’ homes across the region.
• Decontaminate and recycle equipment by hand and using machinery as required.
• Decontaminate, deliver, fit, demonstrate and collect equipment from client residences.
• Store and handle equipment with care and ensure proper disposal where applicable.
