Job summary

The Community Engagement VISTA at CVCAA will build and manage stakeholder engagement, partnerships, outreach, and communication systems to connect low-income households in Concho Valley with housing, disaster recovery, and essential resources. You will prepare marketing and template materials for future events, and develop communications that reduce barriers to access.

This role emphasizes in-person service delivery, collaboration with community partners, and ongoing evaluation of outreach

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or public engagement.
• Ability to craft clear communications and materials.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder engagement and outreach systems.
• Prepare marketing materials for events and opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve outreach processes and document feedback.
• Create communication templates and toolkits for service access.
