About the Role

Our client, a reputable non-profit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable community development, is seeking a proactive and personable Community Engagement Specialist to join their team in Randburg, Gauteng . This role is central to building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse community groups, local stakeholders, and beneficiaries. You will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that promote participation, gather insights, and ensure Our client's programs effectively meet the needs of the Randburg community. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative community engagement strategies for the Randburg area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or a related field, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with the socio-economic dynamics of Randburg, Gauteng .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
