Family Building Blocks in Salem, Oregon seeks a Community Engagement Manager to lead community engagement activities, build partnerships, and act as a visible ambassador for the organization. The role focuses on outreach, volunteer and donor cultivation, and collaboration with teams across the Development Department.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or nonprofit development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses and community groups.
• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and presentations.
• Cultivate volunteers and donors into long-term advocates.
• Coordinate community tours and collaborate with the Volunteer Manager.
• Support collection and stewardship of in-kind donations.
• Track outreach activities and engagement outcomes.
