Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition.
• Documented results in managing a sales or referral pipeline.
• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Submit new clients to intake teams and monitor the pipeline.
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity and conversion metrics.
