We're Hiring: Community & Engagement Manager

Mozzimo Jewelry is redefining what it means to wear your story. As the leading fast jewelry startup inspired by fashion, community, and purpose, we’re looking for a dynamic Community & Engagement Manager to help us scale our growth engine through meaningful relationships, brand advocacy, and revenue-driving initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Email Marketing: Own the strategy and execution of newsletters, flows, and campaigns that convert, retain, and delight our customers.
• Influencer & Affiliate Outreach: Identify, onboard, and nurture creators and partners aligned with our brand vision.
• Wholesale & Biz Dev: Pitch and secure partnerships with boutique retailers, local shops, and aligned platforms across the U.S.
• Community Activation: Develop loyalty initiatives, ambassador programs, and creative touchpoints to grow the Mozzimo community.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and ops to bring community-led campaigns to life.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or community roles (e-commerce or fashion preferred)
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate or influencer programs
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, solution-oriented, and scrappy
• Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Canva
• Equity in a rapidly growing, women-founded brand
• A flexible, remote-first role with ownership and creative freedom
