Job summary

Bryn Mawr College is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to oversee the successful implementation of Brilliant Philadelphia at a neighborhood hub. Responsibilities include daily operations oversight, engaging with community members and volunteers, and ensuring program excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in supervisory roles or social service settings. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective engagement and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience and/or 2 years of experience working in schools or other social service providers.
• Strong understanding of business management and leadership principles.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and team members around a goal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including neighborhood upkeep and staff scheduling.
• Engage with Brilliant Philadelphia volunteers and community members.
• Guide community members through goal setting and action planning.
