Open Window School in Bellevue is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to join our Advancement team. You will build a welcoming, connected community by coordinating the PGA, events, and family communications across divisions to create meaningful volunteer opportunities.

You will report to the Director of Institutional Advancement and Strategy and collaborate with faculty and staff. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Proven experience leading high-impact events and coordinating volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Serve as PGA liaison, strengthening collaboration among parent leaders and school leadership.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all-school community events (Auction, Back-to-School BBQ, Summer Gatherings).
• Oversee event logistics including catering, venue, signage, A/V, invitations, and programs.
• Draft communications for PGA activities and family programs; maintain calendars and resources.
• Document donor interactions and event data using best practices in CRM.
