Job summary

Flatirons Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead volunteer engagement, donor stewardship, and marketing efforts in Boulder. The role supports Bloomerang databases, gift processing, and outreach to strengthen brand awareness and fundraising campaigns.

The position focuses on content creation, social media, events, and collaboration with the Resource Development Director to cultivate corporate partners and volunteers. A strong communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in marketing and fundraising activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Squarespace, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Volunteer, donor, and corporate partner engagement and stewardship.
• Develop content for marketing and communications efforts across channels.
• Manage donor records and support gift processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with team on events, campaigns, and community outreach.
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
