Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a Director of Community Engagement to lead engagement around a major Texas data centre project, acting as the bridge between the development team and the local community.

The role requires building trust with residents and officials, leading public meetings, shaping communications, and ensuring feedback informs planning and delivery. Strong experience in infrastructure or real estate developments and familiarity with Texas communities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading community engagement, stakeholder relations or public affairs for major infrastructure, energy or real estate developments.
• Track record of building trust with communities and local government.
• Confidence managing public meetings and sensitive discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex development matters clearly.
• Familiarity with Texas communities and local government is beneficial.

The role

You will be the key link between the development team and the local community, building relationships, communicating project plans and ensuring community feedback informs decisions throughout planning and delivery.
