Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a Research Program Coordinator to join Dr. Earlise Ward’s research team in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. You will coordinate research projects aimed at improving mental health in underserved communities.

This role involves excellent administrative skills, project management, and the ability to work in diverse environments. The selected candidate will also manage program budgets and develop training programs, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and research participants.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating complex research projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with study team members and community stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
  • Experience with grant funding and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities related to research programs.
  • Plan and implement processes to support research aims.
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops for various audiences.
  • Monitor program budgets and approve expenditures.
  • Interact with study participants and stakeholders.
  • Develop policies and procedures on behalf of the program.
