Qualifications

• Experience serving individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility.
• Strong communication in English and basic computer skills.
• Compassion, patience, and trauma-informed approach appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Job development for clients seeking community-based employment.
• Provide one-to-one training and ongoing supervision to clients.
• Facilitate positive relations between clients, coworkers, and employers.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Complete timely documentation.
