Job summary

BAMSI is seeking a program supervisor to oversee all aspects of care in our residential settings in MA. You will coordinate care, supervise staff, and partner with nursing leadership to ensure safety, growth, and meaningful community engagement for adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities include developing ISP plans, applying PBS, managing operations, and maintaining compliant documentation. A valid driver's license, HS diploma/GED, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or GED) required; plus 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years in related field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Basic computer literacy, including recording data and using time/attendance software.
• Effective critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program aspects including care coordination and supervision.
• Coordinate with Nurse Manager, staff, nurses and upper management.
• Direct care and coordination of services to promote safety and growth.
• Maintain ongoing professional communication with supervisor and stakeholders.
• Support ISP development and monitor progress toward goals.
• Ensure PBS practices reflect individuals' preferences and needs.
• Organize meaningful community engagement and skill-building activities.
• Ensure MAP policies and documentation are followed.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage and emergency support.
• Supervise staff training and development; attend leadership meetings.
