Job summary

OhioGuidestone, a leading behavioral health organization in Ohio, seeks a Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help individuals build job skills, develop coaching plans, and assist with career planning while promoting inclusion and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Education or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with clients to support employment goals in community settings.
• Develop coaching plans, assist with goal setting, and teach job tasks for individuals with disabilities.
• Provide one-on-one training and assist with resume writing and career planning.
• Maintain participant records, complete progress notes, and produce required reporting.
