Job summary

Watercrest Richmond is seeking a Community Driver to join the Moseley, VA team. This full-time role supports resident outings, medical appointments, and activity trips, emphasizing safety, reliability, and compassionate service for senior residents.

You will drive residents in community vehicles, assist them in and out of vehicles, and ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained. Collaboration with programming staff and a focus on punctual, safe transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Drives residents in community vehicles to medical appointments, shopping trips, dining excursions, museums, parks and other attractions.
• Attends outings with the residents and assists them in and out of vehicles.
• Keeps the community vehicles clean and fueled; follows maintenance schedules.
• Coordinates repairs with appropriate directors and responds promptly to resident, family, and guest requests.
• Participates in daily programs, events and marketing efforts as needed.
