Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living is hiring a Community Driver at Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens. You will transport residents to medical appointments and social outings, assist with in-vehicle needs, and ensure safe, timely travel while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and fuel, coordinating routine maintenance, and supporting daily programs.

We seek a warm, caring professional with a high school diploma and a passion for seniors, ready to work full time in a dynamic senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with all levels of management, residents, families and guests.
• Must communicate in a warm, friendly and caring manner.
• Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents in community vehicles to medical appointments, shopping, dining and outings.
• Attend outings with residents and assist in and out of vehicles.
• Ensure outings are on time and residents are transported safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of community vehicles; coordinate maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs with supervisors and respond to resident and family requests.
