Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory.
• OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory.
• All associates must complete required trainings (Academy/Open Door).

• Lead community outreach and engage associates/managers in sponsoring community programs.
• Enforce policies, monitor asset protection and safety controls, and ensure QA standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve safety and customer service; guide associates.
• Support store manager in driving sales and controlling expenses.
