Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college, or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports including responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach and represent Walmart to external groups.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety/asset protection across the facility.
• Supervise hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
• Support store manager in driving financial performance and budgeting, reviewing PL statements.
