Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) through AirMedCare Network seeks a dynamic Membership Sales Manager in Hilo, HI. This hybrid role blends field engagement with community outreach to build a strong AMCN membership base.

You will spend most time in the field, develop relationships with businesses and residents, manage the sales cycle from lead to enrollment, and represent the brand at health fairs and events. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions with a car allowance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transportation knowledge preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with community-based audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive local impact by engaging with local businesses and residents to promote AMCN membership programs.
• Develop relationships through community events, partnerships, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment using a consultative approach.
• Represent the brand at health fairs and community events to strengthen trust and awareness.
