Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a friendly Bartender to join our family-oriented team. You’ll create a welcoming bar atmosphere, craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and interact with guests while delivering warm hospitality.

This role offers a tip-based pay structure with a base wage plus tips, and you will perform opening/closing side work, handle food orders, and operate bar equipment to ensure a great guest experience across our Legacy Apple concept.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude and hospitality mindset.
• Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Stands during the entire shift.
• Frequent immersion of hands in water as required.
• Basic math and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interacts verbally with all bar guests, creating a friendly atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes assigned opening and closing side work.
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Presents guest checks and handles payments.
• Processes orders and relays food orders to the kitchen via POS.
• Relays food orders to the kitchen via the POS system.
