Weidner Apartment Homes seeks a proactive Community Director to oversee a multi-million-dollar asset, lead service and leasing teams, and drive budgeting, marketing, and operational excellence. You will ensure resident satisfaction, timely make-readies, and successful lease renewals while maintaining Weidner's high-quality standards.

The role demands strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to residents, associates, and vendors.

Formación

• 1-2 years property management experience required.
• Prior management experience desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Professional directions clear in person, phone, email and text.
• Access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet monthly income and expense budgets for the community.
• Schedule make-readies and service requests with maintenance and vendors.
• Review monthly financial reports and set budgeting strategies.
• Lead leasing and service teams; conduct tours and manage renewals.
• Manage vendor relationships and payroll records with accuracy.
• Ensure pool, spa maintenance and property improvements are up to Weidner standards.
• Handle resident applications and new move-in orientations.
