Job summary

Fox Trail Memory Care in Greenbrook, NJ is seeking a Community Director to lead our care team and support residents and families. As an LPN, you will supervise CMAs, CHHAs, and activities staff, hire and coach team members, and ensure compliant clinical practices.

This full-time, $85,000 annually position offers a collaborative workplace and opportunities to influence daily life for residents while maintaining high standards of care and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living or related.
• Administrative or management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CMAs, CHHAs, and activities staff.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Complete resident assessments at admission, quarterly, and as needed.
• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DOH regulations and company policies.
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks.
• Manage resident records and staff files.
• Communicate resident condition changes to families and providers.
• Oversee meal supply ordering and home cleanliness.
• Lead monthly special events and support daily activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families.
• Conduct tours and partner with marketing to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate smooth move-ins and a welcoming environment.
