Fox Trail Memory Care in Bergen County, NJ, is seeking a Community Director to lead our care team and support residents and families. The role requires an active LPN license in New Jersey and at least 1 year of experience in senior living or memory care, with strong leadership and clinical skills.

You will supervise staff, hire and onboard team members, manage schedules, perform resident assessments, ensure medication administration accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance with NJ DOH

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care.
• Administrative and/or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support CMAs, CHHAs, and activities staff.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Complete resident assessments at admission, quarterly, and as needed.
• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DOH regulations and company policies.
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks.
• Manage resident records and staff files.
• Communicate resident condition changes to families and providers.
• Oversee meal supply ordering and home cleanliness.
• Lead monthly special events and support daily activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families.
• Conduct tours and partner with marketing to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate smooth move-ins and a welcoming environment.
