Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. in Concord NH seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, household tasks, meals, recreation, and life skills, with transportation support as needed.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9am to 3pm; pay is $18.00–$19.20 per hour. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid US driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.
• Assist with daily activities, household chores, meals, recreation and life skills.
• Represent individuals' needs and support program planning and implementation.
• Transport to community activities when needed; mileage reimbursement may apply.
