Job summary

The Developmental Disabilities Program Assistant at Walla Walla County assists the community, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, schools, and partners. Qualifications

• Associate degree in social services, education, or related field.
• Some outreach experience or experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Combination of education and experience to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides information to the community including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, schools, and partners.
• Works with community partners to improve service system understanding, access, and outcomes for CYSHCN.
• Builds capacity through partnerships to ensure inclusive service opportunities for employment, community inclusion, and health care.
