EBED Community Improvement Inc. is seeking a Community Development Services (CDS)/Employment Supervisor in Upper Marlboro, MD.

The role oversees CDS operations, staff supervision, and collaboration with the Meaningful Day Program Manager to deliver quality community-based services for adults with disabilities. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in health or human services (or 4 years related experience) and 3–5 years of supervisory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or human services preferred or 4 years related work experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 1–3 years of experience working with adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff to provide coverage and address participants' needs.
• Build relationships with employers and community sites for employment.
• Oversee employment services program's daily operations.
• Develop goals, behavior plans, and CDS plans with input from participants and families.
• Ensure documentation in care trackers, PCPs, and iCare is complete.
